Bonus Amount

People who refer qualified Sales Director, Account Director, or Marketing Operations Manager candidates that are subsequently hired  into positions and complete 90 days in the position will be eligible for the $2500 bonus (less appropriate taxes and withholdings).

Qualified Candidate Submissions

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a referral bonus:

• Candidate must submit referring person name at the time of application. Hint: Easiest way to do this is to send them a unique referral link directly from our Employee Referral section on the careers page. If they apply directly from that link you will automatically be recorded as the referral source.
  
• All referral bonus payments will be paid via check 90 days after the referred employee's 1st day of employment (less appropriate employment taxes and withholdings).
• Referred candidate must be hired before December 31, 2018, and must be employed  for a minimum of 90 days.
• Referral bonuses are not paid in the event of a rehire, or for individuals presented through agencies.

Terms and Conditions

• Valid for residents of the US.
  
• Valid for referrals through December 15, 2018.
• Valid for Numerator Sales Director, Account Director and Marketing Operations Manager roles.
• Not valid for individuals who have applied for a position at Numerator on/after April 1, 2018.
• Referral bonuses are not paid in the event of a rehire, or for individuals presented through agencies.
• Referrer must complete required tax forms (W9) and provide valid identification to receive payment. 
• Referrer will receive a 1099 from Numerator for their income tax reporting.
• Referrer will receive payment via a mailed check after referred employee's 90th day of employment
